The Garrett Frill Cutter # 497 is manufactured in England by Tinkertech Two for use in cake decorating. It can be used with gumpaste, sugarpaste, fondant or modeling chocolate. It is used with one of the round center cutters to add a beautiful frill to your cake or other creation. The cutter is approximately; 5" in diameter.
