JEM Roller Pad

This 7" x 7-1/2" foam pad is made by JEM of South Africa. It is designed for use with intricate cutters to roll out edible doughs such as sugarpaste, fondant, chocolate modeling paste or gumpaste. There are instructions included in the package for it's use.
