Heart shape-with high heel pink shoe - by My Pink Apron

This cake was a donation to a breast cancer awareness auction gala. The cake was carrot with a cream cheese filling. It is covered in white fondant, the box is made of pastillage & the shoe is made of gum paste as is the tissue paper.

The inspiration for the cake was to use the colour pink for the awareness and one item that could be found in every womans closet.
