All colors in the Crystal Color Line are made from 100% Certified Food Color. All of the colors are approved for food usage. There are no fillers or extra ingredients that would destroy the integrity of the colors.

These colors can be used for; GUMPASTE FLOWERS, BUTTERCREAM FROSTING, ROYAL ICING, FONDANT, WHITE CHOCOLATE and other applications. There is no bitter taste and the colors will not bleed or fade! The colors are very intense and you will only need a little color to go a long way.

The containers are all inner sealed, and properly stored will last indefinitely. The containers are easy to open and easy to seal.
